1975: Pacer Pace Car?
Although it never happened, the idea of a Pacer Indianapolis 500 Pace car was brilliant. Then name made it a natural, and after all, wouldn’t an American Motors car be appropriate for the Indy being held in the year of the American bicentennial? Does look sort cute.
