1978 Ford Fiesta Commercial
The Ford Fiesta, available only as a 2-door hatchback, was launched in Europe for the 1976 model year, it was a huge international undertaking. It would make its way to the US for the 1978 model year with slightly different specifications and equipment. Fiestas sold in the US were built in Germany; European market cars were also produced in England and Spain. The Fiesta’s three year run in the US market, from 1978 to 1980, brought very little change.
