The package included sport suspension, 4-wheel disc brakes, 13 inch Eagle GTs on alloy wheels and a 5-speed manual transmission, all of which provided and unmistakable Japanese flavor on this joint venture hybrid. Zero to 50 mph in 7.5 seconds for the Sport? That probably means zero to 60 mph in less than 10 seconds. Also, the Nova would be replaced by the Geo Prizm in 1989.

We had a Twin Cam Nova for 11 years. I got it at 4 years of age. It was a fun, dependable car. I think 0 to 60 was around 8.5 sec.
