1988: King Corvette

Sneak peak at what was to be the 1989 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. Thought of as the “King of the Hill”, this new model initially mustered ‘ONLY’ 375hp to the reporters supposed 400 even. To keep that figure in perspective, a 1988 standard Corvette merely put out roughly 250hp.
