The fourth generation Seville represented the pinnacle of domestically produced luxury and touring sedans. Although the Seville was longer, wider, and taller than before, its cohesive form sported an impressive 0.33 Cd. Significantly stiffened body and chassis cohabit with standard computer command ride and an improved braking system. Drivetrain and suspension were carryover, but were refined. A completely redone interior was highlighted by strikingly simply yet elegant dashboard and instrument panel. Leather surfaces dominate the multi-adjustable seats. Tautly sprung STS flaunted a minimum of chrome and a rear anti-roll bar.
