1994 BMW M3 Test Drive
The success of the last 3 series was so important that BMW out did itself to fill all the niche corners of that range. That is why the convertible and the M3 joined the already numerous family of imported models. The circle of their clientele fans were ever wider.
The E36 generation of the BMW 3- series made a radical break with those it replaced. A 2-door coupe joined the sedan, and the sporty M3, and the convertible joined the rest of the family.
