2003 Lincoln Navigator Test Drive
All new for 2003, the Navigator shared its redesigned frame and independent rear suspension with Ford’s Expedition. The Navigator’s 5.4L/300HP V8 was mated to a four speed automatic with a choice of RWD of Control Trac 4WD. Standard on Luxury models were leather seating, power adjustable pedals, and side curtain airbags. The Premium series added climate controlled front seats and advancetrac vehicle stability. Ultimate models included a new power liftgate and power folding third row seats. Power deployable running boards, rear seat DVD entertainment, and navigation and tire monitoring system were optional.
