Ousting Versailles as a stronger challenger to Cadillac’s Seville, the new 1982 Lincoln Continental sedan wore its own “bustleback” on the humble Ford Fairmont “Fox” platform.  Most every luxury amenity was included in the $21,32 sticker, but even posher Signature Series and Givenchy models were offered.
