There was a new grille highlighting the exterior. Electronic inside day-night mirror, and a vacuum fluorescent digital instrument cluster were new options. A luxurious Caliente package became available, distinguished by a brushed metal strip above the grille, special side moldings and a unique padded landau top. It also came standard with digital gauges and leather interior with optional lamb’s wool shearling inserts available
