1961 Oldsmobile Full-size car Commercials

Unlike sister GM divisions, Oldsmobile’s full size 1961’s looked busier than the 1960 models. The $4159 Ninety-Eight sport sedan hardtop boasted a 325-hp “Skyrocket” v8.

Olds helped start the swing to sporty big cars with the new mid – 1961 Sarfire, a specially trimmed Super 88 convertible priced at $4647. Just 7600 were sold.
