1964 Oldsmobile F-85 Commercial

Oldsmobile’s F-85 went from compact to mid-size for 1964 by adopting a handsome new “A-Body” platform shared with Buick’s Special/Skylark, Pontiac’s Tempest/Le Mans, and Chevy’s new Chevelle. The sporty Cutlass became a separate five model series, of which the $2784 Holiday hardtop coupe was the best seller: 36,153 units. Cutlasses came with the new cast iron 330 V8 making 290 horses.
