1982 Chrysler Lebaron Coupe Test Drive
Chrysler moved its strong selling K-car upmarket for 1982 with the Dodge 400 and this new-generation Chrysler LeBaron coupe and sedan. A LeBaron ragtop bowed at mid-year in base trim starting at $11,698 and as a woody-look Town & Country for $13,998/ There was also a Town & Country wagon. Buyers responded to the new LeBaron by buying twice as many as in 1981: over 90,000.
