1982 Lincoln Concept 90 Show Car

Shortly after the striking 1982 Concept 90 appeared on the auto-show circuit, Ford confirmed that this new Lincoln-Mercury idea provided an excellent preview of its upcoming products. It was no secret that this Lincoln of the future, except for details like the grille, wheel covers and pillar-less hardtop roofline, looked a lot like the sexy 1983 Ford Thunderbird, but even more like the next Mark coupe.  Ford designers said they think everything else will look old fashioned once their slippery new cars start hitting the road.  No question.
