The aerodynamic lines of the Mark VII Lincoln could have been lopped open to make a convertible, as demonstrated y Coach Builders Limited of High Springs, Florida. The Mark Joined the Cadillac Seville, BMW 633, Jaguar XJ-S and MB 380SEC in CBL’s family of retro fit soft tops and was available through Lincoln Mercury dealers.
