1986 Ford Bronco Manufacturers Promo
With the proliferation of compact four-wheeling utility vehicles during the early part of the 1980s, it was sometimes easy to overlook the original full-sized versions. The big utility vehicle was still with us, though its numbers were cut down by the competition from the smaller ones. But the full-size 4X4 utility vehicle did serve a definite need in the marketplace, especially for those who needed to do some heavy-duty towing, some serious off-road bashing or for those who just like their vehicles big.
All of these activities could apply to, the Ford Bronco, celebrating its 20th anniversary for 1986. The Bronco was not only a survivor, it was a thriver.
