A new entry level version was available, mainly differentiated by inexpensive interior trim, including knit velour fabric and bench seat, but tinted windows, A/C, and power steering were standard. T-Type coupe made available for the first time, with distinctive gray and black exterior coloring. Limited coupes managed just 7741 sales, at just under $15k.
