1988: Saturnalia

GM’s infant division, inception in 1985, gestated for about 6 years before coming to production. Early reports claimed its Oldsmobile-esque looks derivative. Spy shots are hard to grasp actual size, but as you can see the prototype was accurate overall, not the ‘larger than a small car’ size the reports indicate!
