21989 Chevrolet Beretta GTU Manufacturer Promotional Video
Having owned a Beretta during high school in the early 90s, i admittedly have a soft spot for this compact coupe. Mine however not a sporty model by any sorts, albeit with the 2.8 proved punchy, burbly and relatively powerful when compared to my Friends Civics, and Corollas. I remember gazing at the GTU with envy when I would, rarely see them, knowing all well it was only an appearance package, but still yearning. The Beretta went through numerous top sporty model renditions, from GT, GTU, GTZ, and finally Z26, when the overall model died in 1996. Mine, however died much earlier in 1993, suffering from a head on impact with a ‘concealed headlamp’ generation Honda Accord!

GM should have put a balance shaft in the Q4, with them knowing the inherent roughness assoaciated with larger displacment 4s
