11990 Chevrolet Lumina APV Dealer Training Manufacturer Promo Video
Since GM’s Astro/Safari twins failed to make a dent in Chryslers minivan sales, GM developed it’s first front wheel drive minivan for the 1990 model year. APV stood for ‘All Purpose Vehicle’, and was released as sort of a full model range that included the Lumina Sedan and coupe.
