The big old Ford Crown Victoria was about to be updated, making 1991 the last year for the traditional “square” look that had been in force since 1979. The up level LX sedan listed for around $18,863
This was the quintessential big four door American family sedan or wagon, and was virtually the same as the Mercury Gran marquis. The Mercury version was a bit more plush, with more standard luxury equipment.
