Look out, Taurus SHO, the Cutlass Supreme now came with the 3.4 liter Twin Dual Cam V6 delivering as much as 210 horsepower. The DOHC engine was available with either a five-speed manual or 4-speed automatic, in both coupe and sedan. In the wake of this engine upgrade, the five speed quad 4 combination was dropped, but the quad 4 with the automatic was now the standard powertrain in the base model.
Can you tell me how GM detuned the 1991 3.4l DOHC from 275 to 210 HP. I would like to kick it back up to the 275 HP.
Where was it installed, with 275hp?
