1992 Plymouth Colt & Colt Vista Manufacturer Promo
All new for 1992, the five-passenger wagon was equipped with a sliding side door and removable rear seats. This Vista was taller and wider than the old version, but nearly a foot shorter overall. Though primarily front-wheel drive, the Vista’s independent rear suspension accommodated an optional all-wheel-drive system, available with either stick or four speed automatic transmission and a peppy 113 hp, or optional 116 hp engine. Easy entry, great visibility, and car like ride and handling made the Vista ideal for the two kid family.
The 1992 Plymouth Colt Hatchback assembled in Mizushima, Japan. and the 1992 Plymouth Colt Vista assembled in Okazaki, Japan. are like any other Japanese-built small family cars on the market.
Though I never rode in a Mitsubishi Expo SP (“SP” means it’s a 7-seater model) & LRV/Eagle Summit Wagon/Chrysler Colt Vista before, this one looks lovely and agile with a sense of versatility for families. I remember the very first Chrysler Colt Vista used to have a third-row seat option, but this one does not have it.
