New to the Saturn line for 1993 was the wagons, available in two trim levels, SW1 and the SW2 as shown in the video. These were roomy little wagons, with good marks for versatility and utility. The use of plastic panels, which were corrosion free and highly resistant to dents and dings, were extended to the roof for the wagon; only the hood remained of stamped steel. A driver-side airbag was standard, anti-lock brakes were optional, and owners would appreciate the new computer controlled logic of the four speed automatic transmission.
