1994: NAIAS Detroit Auto Show

In 1994, at Detroit’s North American Auto Show (NAIAS), the inaugural ‘North American car and truck’ of the year award debuted. Winning these two awards were Mercedes Benz C-class, and Dodge’s new Ram truck. As Americas only truly International designated show, you can imagine concept cars were plentiful!
