1997 Pontiac Montana Commercial
This was one of the trio of new GM vans that also included the Chevy Venture and Oldsmobile Silhouette. They were a major improvement over the vehicles they replaced. The TransSport came in two lengths: regular and extended. The latter got eight inches more overall length and four inches more of wheelbase. Compared to Chrysler’s models, interior room was down slightly here and there.
