For its last production year before being replaced , the F355 lineup now included an F1 version that, as the name indicated was equipped with a feature borrowed from Formula 1 race cars. This new exotic element was the sequential shifter that drove the transmission, allowing the driver to change speeds without having to take his or her hands off the wheel. So the lucky owner of such a car can do the Schumacher bit all day long if he or she so pleased, or simply drive a ‘Super’ efficient car.
