2001 Pontiac Aztek Test Drive
The Pontiac Aztek took styling form GM to new limits. The design, both inside and out, was intended to appeal to young buyers with active lifestyles. Part sedan, part minivan, part SUV, Aztek was the first crossover vehicle from General Motors. Pontiac called the Aztek a sport recreational vehicle. Maybe so, but its real mission might have been to shatter the status quo. This was appealing or not to many buyers.
