With all-wheel drive and an aluminum spaceframe, the A8 and its sporting brother, the S8, were unlike any other cars on the road. The A8 and S8 carried forward with few changes for 2002. Major alterations included availability of a six-disc CD changer in-dash, improved traction control and brake assist, and navigation software updates. Audi telematics by OnStar was an option, as were 18-in hollow spoke wheels on the A8 and a tire pressure monitoring system. The S8 featured a 360hp five valve version of Audi’s V8. The A8L’s stretched wheelbase brought limo like rear legroom.
Ronin got me here with Polanski (will he ever return to the States) and DeNiro as the director!
I like the A8 since it’s the cruiser version, comfortable..
