Big brother to the Tacoma, Toyota’s full size Tundra benefited form a host of trim changes inside and out as well as some meaningful mechanical upgrades on 2WD and WD models. Standard equipment on Regular and Access Cab models new included ABS and the Limited rim gained a 17-in wheel/tire package that’s optional on SR5 models. Anew stepside bed was available on the V8 Access Cab Tundra, and 2WD models could be had with a TRD sport suspension package. While the base 3.4L/190hp V6 offered a 5M/4A transmission choice, the optional 4.7L/245hp V8 only cam with an autoshifter.
