The all-new Acura RL may have looked like fineware, but it really packed a punch. It sported a 300-horsepower, 3.5-liter VTEC V-6 and paddle-shifted five-speed automatic teamed with what Acura called the Super-Handling All-Wheel-Drive system. SH-AWD sent up to 70 percent of available torque to the outside rear wheel for exceptional handling and traction. A new body structure with extensive use of high-strength steel and aluminum was matched by a navigation system with real-time traffic info, Bluetooth, active noise cancellation, adaptive headlights, keyless access, and more, plus LEV2-ULEV emissions.
