2005 Hummer H2 SUT Test Drive
Let’s say you liked the looks of the H2 but wanted something with a little more cargo-carrying flexibility. Enter the new 2005 H2 SUT, or port/utility truck. It combined an abbreviated cargo bed with a reconfigurable interior. Lower the power rear window, fold down the midgate and back seat, and voila, you could carry six-foot-long objects. The SUT shared its 325-horse V-8 and gutsy 4WD system with the H2 SUV. A five-passenger interior was fitted with leather trim, heated seats, dual-zone climate control, and a CD player. Luxury and Adventure packages, a power sunroof, and rear air suspension were optional.
