1997 Chevrolet Blazer Commercial

For 1997, a new optional tailgate on four door Blazers permitted opening just the glass without having to raise the entire tailgate. Those who chose the full time all wheel drive system on the 4-door LT also received 4-wheel disc brakes. Rather than carry a separate garage door opener, Blazer joined the parade of vehicles that offered HomeLink universal transmitter built into the overhead console. Also available overhead was a new optional power sunroof.
