1983 Dodge Dodge Aries Manufacturer Promo

For 1983, the Aries was available in two price levels.  In the 2, and 4-door sedans, the choices were Aries and Aries Special Edition; the 5-door wagon came as custom or SE.  Changes for increased fuel efficiency included cylinder head modifications, compression ratio changes, differences in carburetion, and exhaust and intake manifold mods.  A new cable operated system for the transmission offered improved feel and crispness.  The standard 2.3 liter four was backed by the optional 2.6 liter Mitsubishi engine.
