1976 Dodge Aspen Test Drive

New Dodge Aspens came in three body styles and three trim levels, including the mid-range custom coupe.  Buyers could step up to a Special Edition Aspen, in any body style, with a Slant Six, or V8. An Aspen served as the basis for an experimental Gas Turbine Special, for the Energy Research & Development Administration. With a new front suspension, Aspen promised a big car ride with small car handling.
