02005 Acura RSX A-Spec Test Drive
The RSX, especially the Type-S, was ripping good fun on a twisty road, and with upgrades for 2005, it was even better. Ten horses were added to the 2004’s 200 for the Type-S, courtesy of higher-lift cams, larger intake ducts, and increased-diameter exhaust. The base engine was unchanged. There were other revisions, however, including a lowered suspension with a better ride, improved steering and brakes, increased body rigidity, 17-inch wheels, a decklid spoiler for the Type-S, and so you knew who had the new one, revised font and rear facias.
