1972 Buick Centurion Test Drive

Biggest of the Buick’s and a strong seller was the Electra 225, shown in posh Limited trim. Full size models had been restyled in 1971. Buick’s Centurion rode a 124 inch wheelbase. Only 2396 Centurion convertibles were built, with a $4616 sticker. Centurions held Buick’s 455cid V8 yielding 225 or 250 horsepower.
