1992 Chevrolet Truck Commercial – Like a Rock


Regardless of what manufacturer camp you fight for, the Segar sourced like a rock campaign admittedly is one of the most iconic series of advertisements to air. Chevrolet introduced “Like a Rock” as the theme for Chevy trucks, drawing on Detroit-area native Bob Seger’s 1986 song. The iconic “Like a Rock” campaign continued through the end of the 2004 model year. A 1997 ad from the campaign is shown here.
