1980 Chevrolet Commercial – Foreign Exchange

According to Chevrolet in 1980, in three out of the four last model years, more foreign car owners traded their cars in for Chevrolet than any other make. Makes you sort of wonder was it the first three of those four years? What were the manufacturers did they see most at return? Either way, this claim ended shortly, as we all watched the market share of the big three begin to dwindle, or the pattern was already noted internally and this was their only way of combating the inevitable. No matter your take on GMs interpretation on the contemporary compact offering of the era, positive or negative, you cant deny their existence. Somebody finds joy in them.
