1987 Pontiac T1000 Manufacturers Promotional Video
Pontiac brought its Canadian Chevy Chevette-clone down to the U.S. as the 1981 T1000. For 1983 it was just the 1000-and a steadily declining seller: just under 26,00, split between the two-door hatchback and its four-door companion. I am sure that the 1987 (its final year of production) even less customers flocked to the showroom for this compact.
