1993 Mazda RX-7 Test Drive
Though introduced early in 1992, the completely revamped RX-7 was actually a 1993. Therefore, it continued into calendar year 1993 as is. Available only in sequential turbo form (to reduce turbo lag), the two-rotor powerplant revved high and mad big thrust; 255-HP. With 50/50 front/rear weight distribution, rear drive, and a chassis that was essentially race ready, this was a world-class sports car.
