1996 Land Rover Range Rover 4.6 HSE Test Drive
The Range Rover had no trouble whatsoever proving its aristocratic lineage. An aluminum body, thick carpeting, rich leather, a V8 engine and a sophisticated all-wheel drive system are sound arguments in its favor. The only stumbling block was its price.

The larger 2013 Land Rover Range Rover Sport HSE 4×4 with more standard equipment has a lower base price than the 1996 featured here did 17 years ago!
