1999 Pontiac GTO Concept Car

This bold one-off blended exterior styling elements seen in a host of past GTO models, with some decidedly futuristic cues. Even the paint – a computer tweaked variation of that on the ’69 GTO Judge – bespoke an interweaving of the old and new. Complementing its angular bodywork were huge 19″front/20″rear wheels shod with gargantuan rubber. This nascent GTO’s CAD generated interior was equally aggressive, highlighted by large analog gauges, lots of machined aluminum and a trick Hurst shifter for the six speed gearbox.
