The BMW 3 series has been a huge success. If all the variations were included, the 3-series accounted for about half of BMW sales. The 3 Series sedan offered traditional BMW refinement, safety, and passenger room. With the addition of two stylish coupes and a convertible, BMW had every intention of continuing its momentum.
