2001 Chevrolet Silverado HD Commercials
Three quarter ton and one ton versions of the Silverado were new for 2001. They were available in eight body styles, from four door long box dualies to stripped chassis cabs. There were four engines: gasoline and alternative fuel versions of the 6.0 liter V8 offered in the light duty Silverado, a new 6.6 liter diesel with 300bhp and 520 lb-ft of torque, and a new 8.1 liter V8 gasoline engine with 340 hp and 455 lb-ft of torque
