2002 General Motors Toy Box – Jon Moss
Once again GM special vehicles guru Jon Moss opens his toy box and shows us what new… including the 742 horsepower & 695 torque, Tiger Shark Corvette. A sweet goldish yellow C5 that has 427 cubic inches & it’s blown. Cadillac Escalade SUV w/ Twin Turbos drops 1/4 mile 3 seconds that’s detuned. No wheel spin since it’s AWD.
Unlike many one off show cars that are mere rolling chassis, all of these dream machines ran, and ran well. They explored not only possible future GM styling, but also pushed performance boundaries up a notch or two , some on a shoestring budget, while others showed what can be achieved when you let bunch of dedicated car nuts loose in the General Motors garage with a big checkbook.
