1974 Chevrolet Camaro LT Test Drive
Chevrolet pushed both appearance and performance in advertisements for the 1974 Chevrolet Camaro LT, which came only with a V-8 engine. Close to 49,000 rolled off the line, stickered at $3713. Base model Camaros sold better than the LT. 1974 output also included 13,802 Z28 Camaros, which wore bolder graphics but did not exactly thrill ardent pony-car enthusiasts with their performance.
