Oldsmobile’s dramatically downsized Cutlass Salon coupe displayed GM’s new ‘aeroback’ profile. Conservative-minded buyers did not all praise the look. Purists had to be horrified to see “4-4-2” nomenclature on the new aeroback Salon. The appearance handling option included a blacked out grille.
