1978 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Commercials

Nearly as big as a Ninety-Eight, the less costly Delta 88 Royale also had a diesel engine option. GM’s diesel V8 engine option soon proved troublesome. Basically it was a modified Oldsmobile 350cid gasoline V8. Base model delta 88s drew fewer buyers than their Royale mates. Engine choices included a 231cid V6 and a 260cid V8.
