1980 Rolls Royce Silver Spirit Review
By 1980 the Silver Shadow had been in production 15 years and was Crewe’s most successful model ever. With the Silver Spirit, Rolls-Royce were looking to update the successful concert of a not-too-big monocoque bodied luxury saloon built to traditional standards but with the power and convenience expected of the latest luxury cars. In fact the Spirit was a Shadow under its new, squared u styling.
