1983: Grand Opening for Blazer/Jimmy

The new for 1983 compact S-Series utility 4-wheelers from GM did not come with the flexibility of a removable top, like their full-size counterparts, but Flint Systems of Fountain Valley, CA, did the conversion for about $1500 80s dollars. The cutting was neat and required no paint work. Tops were available in fiberglass, and folding canvas.
